Well I liked the “ordinary” Child – made it creepier. Dreams are always more “poetic”, they’re based on feelings anyway.

But aren't we all in control of our own destiny? Our own fate? Nothing is set in stone and I have a feeling that, especially with Liseli's temprament, things might not go as planned for Alisiya. She is a little cocky.

I had an issue with the site as well that I didn't know if you were aware of it or not. It likes to get tempramental in the loading deparment, especially on the weekends for whatever reason. I'm gotten a fair share of "site not available" pages and to read it today, it took me a half hour and two different browsers to get the page to load. It's happened during the week but not nearly as often as on the weekend.

That’s intentional. The Child falls by the wayside as Alisiya sheds her mask, so to speak.

I just mean the dialogue — The Child came across as ethereal and mystical even before, the first time Liseli saw her. Now she seems like an ordinary person, not a force of nature.

Ah, but it's not a dream, this time. Alisiya/The Child tried to influence Liseli through her subconscious and failed miserably, so she's trying a more direct tactic.

But there will be more funky dream sequences to come . . . I am addicted to them.

Holy crapapples!

The plot, she is thickening.

The only complaint I have is this encounter with the Child seems like a magical experience — and yet seemed like an ordinary earthly conversation, lacking the poetic strength of your earlier dream sequences. In my opinion, you could rewrite this scene to be more like those and it would be more powerful.
